Alternative Dispute Resolution

The Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Team at BrownWinick provides mediation and arbitration services to parties involved in disputes as an alternative to litigation and trial. Our attorneys are licensed and experienced mediators, trained to handle any and all types of matters.

In addition to serving as mediators and arbitrators, the ADR Team is also called upon to assist clients in evaluating the potential for using arbitration, mediation or other forms of ADR in lieu of litigation, for selecting arbitrators and mediators for particular matters, and for successful representation of clients before ADR tribunals nationwide.
