LDJ Manufacturing, Inc. – International Transactions
Rachel Rowley and BrownWinick represent LDJ Manufacturing, Inc. in negotiating and drafting dealer and independent sales representative agreements.  Recently, Ms. Rowley assisted LDJ Manufacturing in revising their sales representative agreements and establishing a new sales representative in Nicaragua.  Rachel Rowley and BrownWinick continue to represent LDJ Manufacturing, Inc.
