On Friday, February 13, 2015, Matthew McKinney, an attorney with BrownWinicks Government Relations Team, organized an extended roundtable discussion on Patent Trolls and Innovation with special guest, United States Senator, Charles Grassley. In the newly-opened startup space, Gravitate, located in downtown Des Moines, a packed room of leaders from dozens of Iowa-based businesses - large and small - had the unique opportunity to sit down with the Senate Judiciary Chair to engage in a meaningful conversation and share their stories and concerns with Senator Grassley.
