Michael Dee Named Litigation Star in the 2013 Edition of Benchmark Litigation
By: BrownWinick
Benchmark Litigation named Michael Dee from the BrownWinick Law Firm to the list of "Litigation Stars" in the areas of construction, labor and employment and intellectual property litigation. Only 16 "Litigation Stars" were named in the entire state of Iowa.
Mike is active in the firm’s litigation, intellectual property, construction and employment law practice areas. Mike has been involved in litigation and trial practice for over twenty years. He has tried dozens of cases in state and federal court and argued numerous times before state and federal appellate courts. He represents business clients in all aspects of litigation, including claims involving contracts, intellectual property, trade secrets, construction, business dissolution, employment, fraud and various tort claims. He has been involved in lawsuits not only in Iowa, but all over the Midwest, as well as Texas, Virginia, Washington, D.C., New York, Ohio and New England.
Benchmark is the only publication on the market to focus exclusively on litigation in the United States. The guide's results are the culmination of a six-month research period that allows the publication’s researchers to conduct extensive interviews with litigators and their clients. The list of "litigation stars" for each state reflects only those individuals who were recommended consistently as reputable and effective litigators by clients and peers.
The guide is sent out to Fortune 1000 general and litigation counsel, named in-house counsel at United States investment banks, financial institutions, commercial banks and partners at leading litigation firms in each state.
