Becca Coleman 

Becca E. Coleman is an employment and litigation associate attorney at BrownWinick. She aims to find innovative and effective solutions to fit her client’s needs. Becca understands that there is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to the challenges clients face as an employer, and she will work hard to get to know her client's business in order to provide them with valuable legal advice. She strives to be a trusted advisor, advocate, attorney – and more!  

Becca believes that the best legal system is a collaborative one. Her approach includes listening to the goals of her clients, explaining and framing the legal issues involved, and crafting practical solutions that work for her clients. She understands that finding the right legal approach means harmonizing key business decisions with legal compliance. RG Schwarm 

RG Schwarm is an associate attorney with BrownWinick and a member of the firm’s government relations team. He maintains a full-time presence at the Iowa Capitol throughout the legislative session advocating for businesses and interests before the General Assembly, the Governor’s Office, and state agencies. Outside of the legislative session, RG focuses on strategizing to best position his clients to succeed during the upcoming sessions.  

As a government relations attorney, it is RG’s job to deliver wins for his clients. He works as a loyal extension of his client’s organizations. RG is equally passionate about achieving goals and will spare no effort pursuing favorable outcomes for his clients. Whether it requires developing winning strategies, executing multifaceted communications plans, coordinating public and media relations, vigorously lobbying state lawmakers, or influencing key decisionmakers, RG refuses to be outworked. Fueled by his competitive nature, RG is determined to overcome barriers and secure victories for his clients. The cornerstone to success is often the power of connection. Whether it’s forging strong relationships with clients, establishing rapport with decision-makers, or bridging the gap between problem and solution, RG prides himself on his ability to make connections. Drawing upon more than fifteen years of experience in the political arena, RG relies on his relationships built over time to successfully navigate the intricacies of policymaking.
