Attorney Brian Rickert Named to Super Lawyers' "Top 10 List" of All Lawyers in Iowa

Attorney Brian Rickert of the BrownWinick Law Firm was named to Super Lawyers “Top 10: 2017 Iowa Super Lawyers List” for Iowa.  The “Top 10 List” is a listing of the lawyers in Iowa who received the highest point totals regardless of practice specialty and is based solely on peer recognition and professional achievement.  Only the lawyers in Iowa who received the highest vote totals are included on the Top 10 List.  Super Lawyers refers to its Top 10 List as the “best of the best” attorneys in Iowa.  Reached for comment, Brian Rickert stated, “I am honored that my peers voted me to this prestigious and exclusive list.” 

Brian works out of BrownWinick’s Des Moines office.  His legal practice focuses on litigation of matters for public and private businesses, and individuals in a variety of areas including agribusiness, construction, employment, energy, environmental, and real estate, among others.  He is also Chairman of the firm’s construction law practice group.

The full list of Iowa lawyers included on the Top 10 List for Iowa for 2017 were:  Thomas Cunningham, Stephen Holtman, Robert Houghton, Eric Lam, Mark McCormick, Brian Rickert, Roger Stone, Robert Waterman, Jr., Mark Weinhardt, and Mark Zaiger.

According to its webpage, each year, Super Lawyers recognizes the top lawyers in Iowa via a patented multiphase selection process involving peer nomination, independent research and peer evaluation.
