Specialties

As an Associate Attorney at BrownWinick, I have the opportunity to serve a wide range of clients with a variety of goals. I'm actively involved in the areas of Real Estate, Cannabis and Hemp, and Business and Corporate Transactions, but I can help find a solution to your problem no matter what area of the law it involves. As your attorney, my goal is to provide advice that is unique to your situation and tailored to your needs.

My Approach

Although I am new to the practice of law, I have been building skills related to my practice throughout my life. I've always been quick to help others with their problems by taking things off their plate and working hard to get them into the best situation possible. As your attorney, I will do the same for you. Good or bad, I see every experience as a chance to learn, grow, and move forward. I enjoy helping clients with the tough moments, navigating the unknown, and celebrating what we have achieved.

More About Me

I graduated from the University of Iowa in 2016 (Go Hawks!), then began my legal education at Drake University Law School. During my time at Drake, I served as the Managing Editor for the Drake Law Review and competed at the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition for two years, where our team won a Best Brief award both years. In my final year at Drake Law, I provided legal representation and advice to small business owners and nonprofit organizations in the Des Moines area through the Entrepreneurial and Transactional Legal Clinic. I was one of ten graduating students to receive the award of Order of the Barristers for outstanding oral advocacy. I received my J.D. from Drake Law in 2020, graduating with high honors, and was admitted to the Iowa bar in 2020. Outside of work, I love to travel with my husband, cook (and eat), use my green thumb, enjoy the great outdoors, and spend time with my friends and family!
