As a transactional associate here at BrownWinick, it is my duty to guide you and your business through every obstacle or opportunity that arises. Whether it be early-stage formation, corporate governance and owner relations, or transactions and contractual relations with third-party companies, I am here to service your requests and expectations as efficiently as possible.

Reflecting on the performance of those roles, I pride myself on the fact that not only have I consistently assisted my clients to achieve their personal and professional goals, but also the strong, long-term relationships that were cultivated in the process. 

In addition to my business transaction practice, I also specialize in agricultural, commercial, and residential real estate transactions as well as regulatory compliance in Iowa’s casino and gaming industry. In the gaming context, I have successfully prepared and presented license renewals, transaction approvals, and corporate financing packages to the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission.

More About Me

Born in Minneapolis but raised right here in Des Moines, I am proud to deem myself a lifetime Iowan. I graduated magna cum laude from the University of Northern Iowa with a B.A. in 2014 and then went on to Drake University Law School where I served as a staffer and member of the Editorial Board of the Drake Law Review, ultimately graduating with a J.D., with honors, in 2017. 

I am involved in the legal community as a member of the Polk County and Iowa State Bar Associations.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going to the gym, playing softball and hockey, and getting in the occasional round of 18.
