As an associate attorney at BrownWinick, I’m actively involved in the areas of estate planning and real estate. In these roles, I serve as my clients’ guide through a transitional period of their lives or through an investment decision that may have long term implications. As your attorney, I provide expertise and practical advice to help you achieve your personal and business objectives.

Rather than provide ‘cookie-cutter’ advice to my clients, I listen to their specific personal and business objectives and work to come up with a solution that achieves all of these objectives. Whether I am drafting an estate plan with specific distribution requirements or assisting you in purchasing, selling or developing property, I provide a tailored approach to meet your specific goals.

Often, my clients have never encountered a trust administration or probate estate before. My role in this case is to guide you through the process and make everything as seamless as possible for you.

I graduated from Drake University in 2013 with a B.A. in Law, Politics and Society with a concentration in Business Law. In 2017, I received my J.D. with highest honors from Drake University Law School and am a member of the Order of the Coif. During law school, I was a member of the Drake Law Review, serving as Research Editor from 2016-2017. Additionally, I was a teaching assistant for the legal research and writing program at Drake Law School from 2015-2017.

I was admitted to the Iowa bar in September 2017 and am a member of the Polk County Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, the Polk County Women Attorneys, and Commercial Real Estate Women of Iowa.
