As an associate attorney at BrownWinick, I’m actively involved in the areas of estate planning and real estate. In these roles, I serve as my clients’ guide through a transitional period of their lives or through an investment decision that may have long term implications. As your attorney, I provide expertise and practical advice to help you achieve your personal and business objectives.
MY APPROACH
Rather than provide ‘cookie-cutter’ advice to my clients, I listen to their specific personal and business objectives and work to come up with a solution that achieves all of these objectives. Whether I am drafting an estate plan with specific distribution requirements or assisting you in purchasing, selling or developing property, I provide a tailored approach to meet your specific goals.
Often, my clients have never encountered a trust administration or probate estate before. My role in this case is to guide you through the process and make everything as seamless as possible for you.
