I am a trial attorney. It is the reason I became a lawyer. I believe in the process of dispute resolution through the judicial system and cherish the role of lawyers to advocate for their clients. I also recognize that for the parties involved, a lawsuit is likely the top priority in their life at that moment. I will not only represent your interests in court, but I will also guide you with steady counsel through an unfamiliar and emotional process. Together, we will work for the best possible outcome. My years of courtroom experience are also effective in other areas of conflict resolution. I will defend you in front of a licensing board, professional disciplinary action, mediation, or any other conflict. I will advocate boldly and wisely for your interests. Attorney Justin Allen.
My approach is simple: Be Prompt; Be Professional; Be Prepared. These are lessons I first learned from a veteran judge giving advice to young lawyers appearing in his courtroom. My experience since then has taught me it is wise to apply these principles to everything I do as an attorney. First, I appreciate that your time is valuable, and your matters are important. It is my promise to be on time and efficient. Second, litigation is a formal process. I recognize the need to be respectful and professional to all involved. As your lawyer, I am not only a representative of your interests but a reflection of you as well. Finally, effective advocacy begins long before you get to the courtroom. I will thoroughly learn your case, study the law, and develop a winning strategy from the start. Perhaps it is best summed up in the words of an important mentor of mine who often said, “If you fail to prepare, you prepare to fail.”
