I am a member with the BrownWinick law firm. My practice is primarily transactional, with an emphasis on tax and employee benefits. I have successfully completed the CPA exam, and I often work closely with my clients’ accounting team on legal issues. My clients are businesses of varying sizes operating in a variety of different industries. As co-chair of the firm’s Women in Business practice group, many of my clients are female business owners in the state of Iowa.

My Approach

My favorite parts of the practice of law are partnering with my clients to solve legal issues interfering with business growth and identifying solutions to help take their business to the next level. I prioritize clear communication, responsiveness, and practical solutions in my work with my clients.
