In honor of Veterans Day, BrownWinick Law Firm will be hosting a free estate planning clinic to provide basic wills and powers of attorney for military veterans in Iowa on Wednesday, November 10, 2021. Eligible participants include military veterans and their spouses.
100 % completion of this form is REQUIRED to participate in this free event. All information submitted is completely confidential and only used for the purposes of preparing your legal documents.
Shortly after completing this form, you will be contacted by a representative from BrownWinick Law Firm to schedule your appointment and provide you with additional information on the timing and logistics for your appointment. Appointments are limited & scheduling will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

- You will receive an update from BrownWinick with instructions to schedule your in-person appointment
- Attend the Nov. 10th event
