BrownWinick attorney, Danielle Smid, will be presenting at the Iowa Association of Business and Industry’s 2021 Taking Care of Business Conference. Danielle will be presenting on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at 3:30 p.m. for a one-hour workshop on “Legal Implications for a New or Existing Remote Workforce.”

This workshop will cover legal considerations for a remote work environment, as well as best practices, policies, and guidelines for a new or existing remote workforce including human resources, employee management and monitoring, data security, trade secrets and company property management.
