H-1B cap season is well underway and the application process is shaping up to look similar to the 2020 filing season. With the recent announcement from USCIS that the H-1B lottery will remain intact, Attorney, Kailey Blazek, will explain what this means for employers and applicants. Ms. Blazek will also discuss the registration process and raise critical deadlines for 2021 cap candidates.
