I have the privilege and blessing of working my dream job as a transactional attorney. My goal, even before going to law school, was to help business owners and entrepreneurs to use the legal system to empower their businesses. Your business is unique, so every solution that I find has to be as well. I strive to be perpetually curious about you, your business, and your purpose. Crafting a legal solution is rarely about what is wrong, it is often about why something is a problem for you. I want to get to know all the “whys” that support your concerns. When your drivers are clear, I can present a set of options that empower you to make an informed decision by weighing the costs and benefits of a decision. Because no helpful solution can eliminate risks entirely, so I want to help you take the necessary risks to achieve what you value most.

More About Me

In 2024, I received a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School after reaching the Dean’s List for five semesters. At the same time, I received an M.S. in Finance, with honors, from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management. I was admitted to the Iowa bar the same year. I graduated summa cum laude in 2021 from Colorado Christian University with a B.A. in Global Studies. I had the opportunity to volunteer as an archaeologist for two summers in Israel and study in France for two semesters during my college years.
