Katelyn N. Larossa

As an associate at BrownWinick, I work with a wide range of clients each with their own unique challenges and goals. I am involved in the areas of business and corporate transactions, business formation, and corporate finance, as well as data security, privacy, technology, and international law. I enjoy the opportunity to assist clients with bringing their business goals to fruition, while operating in a highly regulated environment.

More About Me

I am proud to have an array of experiences from the Midwest to the International arena. I graduated from Liberty University in 2019 with a B.A. in International Relations, and minors in Spanish and Strategic Intelligence. In May 2024, I received a J.D., with distinction, from the University of Iowa College of Law (Go Hawks!). While at Iowa I served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Transnational Law and Contemporary Problems Journal, as well as a research assistant in the areas of comparative and international law. Prior to joining BrownWinick, I gained legal experience with the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee and as a civilian with the Navy. Outside of work, I love to experiment with baking new recipes, running, and watching football.
