BrownWinick is thrilled to announce Justin G. Allen has joined the firm’s Litigation practice where he will assist clients in general litigation, government regulation, and white-collar criminal defense. Justin joins BrownWinick from the Polk County Attorney’s Office where he’s been a prosecutor for the previous 18 years. During his time with the Polk County Attorney’s office, Justin handled everything from traffic tickets to homicide and everything in between. Justin is a 1997 graduate of the University of Northern Iowa where he received his B.A. in Psychology. He then went on to receive his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2000 and was admitted to the Iowa Bar that same year. Justin is also a member of the Iowa Bar Association and Polk County Bar Association.
Justin has been involved in the Johnston Schools Foundation, Johnston Partnership, Homeowner’s Association, and currently serves as President of the Johnston School Board.
