Services Offered:

Estate, Retirement and Business Succession Planning
An individual’s estate plan often calls for more than a traditional will or trust. Attorneys in this practice group seek to address the client’s long-term objectives while structuring a tax-efficient estate plan. They routinely advise clients on the creation and implementation of planning tools such as revocable and irrevocable trusts, life insurance trusts, gifting programs, family limited partnerships, deferred compensation arrangements, planning for retirement benefits and charitable planning. BrownWinick's experience also extends to planning for the healthy transition of a family or closely-held business to the next generation of family or non-family owners.
