After nearly four decades of practice with Brown Winick, I have accumulated knowledge and experience that I rely upon each day in providing practical legal advice to my clients. Yet each new day brings new challenges and opportunities – chances to help people address their needs and solve real life problems.
Like all attorneys, I endeavor to provide the highest quality work in a timely manner. But I also strive to achieve creative solutions to problems, and to present those solutions in a way you can understand. There are often multiple ways to address a problem, approach a transaction, or plan for the future. My role is to help identify those alternatives and the risks and rewards of each, so that you can make informed decisions. If the obvious alternative will not work, I will look for another way to achieve your goal.
I pride myself in being accessible and approachable. I work hard to earn your trust, to help you identify and achieve your goals, to provide you with plain language explanations and advice, and to leave you with a clear understanding of the results. In other words, “It’s all about you”.
