BrownWinick attorneys of the Employee Benefits practice group assist clients with a wide range of benefits-related matters, including: the design, establishment and maintenance of qualified retirement plans (including pension, profit sharing, ESOP and 401(k) plans); ERISA issues arising in merger and acquisitions; executive compensation, including deferred compensation arrangements and Section 409A compliance; the design, establishment and maintenance of cafeteria plans and other welfare benefit arrangements, including health plans, and representation of trustees and fiduciaries.
