Kelly D. Hamborg is a member of BrownWinick. Kelly's practice concentrates in the business transactional area, with an emphasis in real estate and health care transactions. His real estate practice includes acquisition, development, finance and leasing. His health law practice has included negotiation and drafting of hospital/physician agreements, physician credentialing and disciplinary matters, and health law regulatory matters.

 

Kelly received his B.B.A. from the University of Iowa and his J.D. from Drake University. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the Iowa Hospital Association, the Iowa Society of Healthcare Attorneys and the Health Law and Real Estate and Title Law Sections of the Iowa State Bar Association. He was admitted to the Iowa bar in 1985.
