Beginning May 7, 2013, employers must use the revised Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification (Revision 03/08/13) for all new hires and reverifications. The new form can be found on the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services ("USCIS") website at www.uscis.gov under the forms tab.
